Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your credit card information is necessary to have on file to hold all appointments time(s). Please note, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee unless you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time(s). If you are not present for a scheduled appointment or do not provide a 48-hour notice, the no show fee of 50% will be assessed. You may cancel online, message, or by calling the studio directly.

If you will be late to your appointment, please notify your provider as soon as possible. If arriving 15 minutes or later of your scheduled time, you will be assessed a $20 late fee if service is still possible, otherwise you might be rescheduled for another date or time and deposit of 50% will be collected.
